Rachel and John Fuda have officially broken the seven-year itch. The stars of “Real Housewives of New Jersey,” who got married in an opulent Garden State ceremony in 2017, commemorated their historic wedding anniversary on Friday by acting out scenes from their romance’s beginning.
Rachel and John Fuda returned to Son Cubano on the Hudson in West New York, New Jersey, for a special supper because, as John, 35, exclusively reveals, “I wanted to take my wife to a place that has a lot of meaning to us as a couple.”
He continued, saying:
He continues, “Son Cubano holds special meaning for us; it was here that we celebrated our engagement.”
“I made sure we ate at the same table we had for our engagement celebration all those years ago for our anniversary.”
They even posed for photos:
Rachel, 32, exclaims, “It was so special to be back at the place where we sat surrounded by our family and friends for our engagement party.” “I feel so lucky when I see the photos of us at the same table back in 2016.”
As an appetizer, John and Rachel ate tuna tartare tacos and empanadas. Rachel wore a white knit top for the event. John wore a bright blazer.
Afterwards, they enjoyed a delicious New York strip steak and fish a la plancha. The two had ice cream sandwiches for dessert.
Naturally, they took a moment to exchange a few tender words in between nibbles. Physical closeness has, after all, been the critical component in their successful marriage, according to Rachel.
“John and I always make sure to show affection to each other. It’s also crucial to understand how your partner accepts love,” she says while sharing tips for couples hoping to extend their wedded bliss for years to come.
“Remember to prioritise sex and choose your battles wisely!”
The Fudas, who debuted on reality TV last year on Season 13 of “RHONJ,” are parents to two little daughters named Gianella and Giuliana. In May 2023, it became public knowledge that Rachel had adopted Jaiden, John’s adolescent son, from a prior relationship.
Previously, Rachel expressed her excitement for viewers to witness Jaiden’s adoption story unfold on “RHONJ” on the “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast.
In February 2023, she said, “The show honestly helped change my life… in the most positive way possible.”
“I think the adoption process is a very special personal story that hasn’t been seen a lot before, so I’m excited for everyone to see that unravel.”
